Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

Danny Martínez/DV Line Productions (“Photographer/Videographer”) will provide real estate photography services to Marbella Houses (“Client”).

The services include the following:

• 1-hour Photography or video Session.

• Edited video in HD format, maximum 30 seconds.

• Capture of 15 edited photos, including aerial drone shots.

• Delivery of images in three versions:

  • Social media (1MB per image)

  • With the Client’s logo (not exceeding 1MB)

  • Logo-free (high resolution)

2. Service Fee

The cost for each photography or video session is €145.

​

3. Delivery Time

The Photographer will deliver the edited images within 3 to 4 business days after the session.

​

4. Travel Radius and Surcharge

The Photographer will cover a travel radius of up to 15 kilometers from the office location. If the Client’s location is outside this radius, an additional €20 surcharge will apply to cover extra travel costs.

5. Business Hours

The Photographer is available for photography sessions from 9 am to 8 pm.

6. Additional Costs

Any additional services requested by the Client and not included in the service description will incur an extra cost. Individual costs will be agreed upon and added to the total amount payable.

7. Payment Method

The Client agrees to pay the audiovisual service in advance upon booking.

​

8. Reservations and Cancellations

The Client must notify the Photographer at least 2 days in advance to make a session reservation. In case of cancellation, the Client must notify the Photographer at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

9. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By hiring the services of Danny Martinez/DV Line Productions, the Client accepts and commits to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Any modifications or additions to these terms and conditions must be mutually agreed upon.

These terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between the Photographer and the Client.

Extra Features:

1. Collaborative Experience: When a real estate agent joins the photographer during the session, they'll receive a special set of 5 photos. These can be flexibly used on their social media or any platform they prefer.

2. Loyalty Rewards: As a token of appreciation, for every 4 property photography sessions booked with us, agents can pick from these perks:

   a. Event Coverage (1 hour): Let us capture the essence of an event related to your real estate business. Our professional team will ensure every moment is preserved beautifully.

   b. Office Photoshoot (1 hour): Alternatively, opt for a personalized session in your office.
